Nonprofit leadership is deeply rewarding but it rarely gives you enough time to step away from the day-to-day, reconnect with your purpose, and think intentionally about what comes next.
Our two-day Mission-Driven Leadership Retreat is designed to give you that space. Together with fellow nonprofit leaders, you’ll celebrate what you and your organization have accomplished, reflect honestly on the challenges and lessons of the past year, and envision what you want the year ahead to look like.
Through thoughtful conversation, guided reflection, and practical planning, we’ll explore what you need to stop, start, and continue—both as an organization and as a leader. Just as importantly, we’ll make room to think about you: your wellbeing, relationships, growth, and the things that sustain you beyond your work.
You’ll leave refreshed, connected, and inspired with greater clarity about your priorities, renewed energy for your mission, and a vision for making the next 12 months your most meaningful and impactful yet.
