Executive Coaching
Whether you’re a seasoned leader or new to your executive role, we provide executive leadership coaching and confidential counsel to help you work through your most challenging scenarios.
STRUCTURE
Developed with your specific challenges in mind, there is no one-size-fits-all approach regarding frequency (weekly, bi-monthly or monthly).
Our coaching calls, either via telephone or a preferred online videoconference platform, range from 30-60 minutes, giving us time to reflect on ongoing work and set goals, and outline next steps.

Peer Groups
Peer groups are one of our most popular offerings, allowing leaders to learn from and encourage each other in a safe, confidential group setting online.
These are diverse executives charged with leading dynamic, purpose-driven organizations. As such, they are growth-minded, comfortable with being vulnerable, and desire to achieve success while witnessing it among their fellow group members.
STRUCTURE
Peer groups meet once a month for 90 minutes and include a cohort of 12-14 CEOs and executive directors from similarly-sized organizations. These groups are meant specifically for nonprofit leaders who share similar challenges in a nonprofit, purpose-driven environment.
Added value to your Peer Group membership
Personalized Coaching
In addition to the monthly peer group, leaders who need to go deeper with a certain challenge or opportunity can access a coach throughout the month for one-on-one coaching and conversations. Following a Socratic approach, we ask questions that challenge you to discover new possibilities, expand your thinking, and uncover new insights.
Expert Discussions
Each month we invite an expert speaker to share insights on issues important to members. Topics range from board governance and engagement, HR and hiring, people and team development, strategy, marketing and communication, fundraising, management and leadership. Each conversation is recorded, allowing recurring access to every expert talk.
Leadership Retreat
An annual in-person retreat for nonprofit CEOs and Executive Directors is part of your peer group membership. This two, half-day experience brings peer group members for greater bonding, focused development, and deeper dives on current challenges. There is no additional cost (part of Peer Group membership) aside from travel and lodging. All meals/snacks and materials are provided (lunch and dinner; breakfast following morning).
